Circuit Training 

 

Circuit Training consists of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is repeated a specified amount of times or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The total number of circuits performed during a training session will vary from two to six depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) Also With my background, I am able to incorporate the fundamentals of military training but within a relaxed environment. This is both an enjoyable and productive form of exercise, as the training can be as strenious or as slow-paced as you desire, depending on your individual abilities.

Classes

 

Classes are an exciting alternative to the standard fitness regime, as they require a wide range of physical abilities that are not usually focused on in a normal gym environment. These forms of exercise can be both physically and mentally challenging, as they can really test your personal motivation and drive in achieving your goals. Each class can provide a fun, friendly and competitive atmosphere, to help the class motivate one another and to push themselves that little bit further!
