I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and can accomodate for a wide range of training depending on personal goals and ability. 1 on 1 training is very benificial as the sole focus is on your own personal GOALS and REQUIREMENTS. With my qualifications, I am able to drive you towards achieving your goals and provide constant support and advice along the way.
Every client is different, with unique requirements and goals. I offer FREE consultation sessions, health checks, and nutritional advice, to all interested clients. With the price of living being as high as it is, I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestlye should be affordable, as seen by my competative prices. With the initial consultation I can determine your goals, build an initial report and examine your current lifestyle, looking at your day-to-day routines. However busy your lifestyle is, I can prepare suitable exercise programs, help you plan times to train, and eat accordingly to provide you with all the energy you need to undertake your physical training.
Although I work with clients who each have different goals, from shifting excess body fat to preparing for a marathon, I guarantee a fun and rewarding service.
